Coffee bean-Export Process
LOCAL MARKET
A weight Note is issued at the point of departure from the grading premises

A Receipt Note , Cash sale, weight note and delivery note is issued when the coffee is received at the local buyer's premises

EXPORT MARKET
Once the quality has been confirmed, the coffee and the order contract from the buyer is registered with UCDA

UCDA issues an acknowledgement of registration of the coffee and proceeds to send a supervisor to verify if the exports standards are met

UCDA issues a certificate of approval once the standards are met.

The PM/EM liaises with the shipping agent, the UCDA agent, fumigation agent who issue certificates and receipt note. once the loading is done
